Dr. Nair has a very long and distinguished experience of working in the Education Sector for over 2 decades and during this time she has mentored over 10,000 students. She has been a Member of the Governing Body and Selection Committee for colleges under the Delhi University as a nominee of the Government of Delhi. As Director (Academics) of Delhi Business School, she has been a guide and mentor to many under-graduate and post-graduate Management students from across the country.
She holds a Bachelors from Jesus and Mary College (DU), and a Phd in Management.
